Sligo Tennis Club is equipped with four Squash Courts (two with glass backs). The courts are in pristine condition having recently benefited from a refurbishment.
The squash courts are run through light meters; The cost is €3 per hour for light or €1 per 20 minutes. Heat can also be used at a cost of €1 per 30 minutes (heat is used to help prevent injury).
If accompanied by a non-member, a green fee must be paid, €10 for an adult or €5 for a child.
Suitable non-marking footwear must be used when playing squash – no black-soled runners allowed.
Goggles must be worn by children when playing squash.
Every Monday night (other than bank holidays) there is an fun social hit from 7pm to 9pm.
Everyone is more than welcome to join us and the night offers a great opportunity for new members or anyone thinking of joining to meet and play with other members.
Wednesday and Thursday nights are reserved for club ladder matches.
Coaching is organised on a regular basis for new and novice players
