1. Half court, both players hitting backhands and forehands between the service lines
   After a few minutes one player moves to net and volleys while 2nd player remains at service line
   Players alternate - person at net moves back to service line with other player approaching net
   Both players approach the net and volley.

Groundstrokes - Defensive / Offensive added 17/feb

1. 2 Players play a rally where one player can only play deep defensive shots and the other is allowed to attack.
   First to 11 points with defensive player winning point if rally exceeds 10 shots. (Offensive player should always win!)
   Players alternate after each game.
